Cancellation & refunds
Last updated 9 Oct 2026
Cancel any time, in one tap. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Billing mistakes are refunded; when you move to a bigger plan, the unused part of your old plan is added as days on the new one.
How to cancel
- In the app: Settings › Plan & billing › Cancel plan. It takes fewer steps than buying.
- Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to stop at your bank or in your UPI app. Cancelling only stops our reminders.
- Or email support@thepostmanual.com from the email on your account.
What happens after you cancel
- You can cancel any time and you are not charged again. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Then your account moves to the Free plan. Your posts, brands and settings stay.
- No plan renews by itself. We never switch you from monthly to yearly; that is always your choice.
Refunds
- Moving to a bigger plan: the unused part of your old plan is added as days on the new plan. It is not paid back as money.
- If we remove a feature you paid for, we refund the unused days of that payment.
- Charged by mistake, or charged twice: we refund the full amount.
- Other part-used periods are not refunded, but your plan keeps working until the period ends.
- Refunds go back to the same UPI account or card. Razorpay sends them within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few days more.
